Odin Films was set up by journalist, screenwriter and novelist Paul Adam to make documentaries and other films.

The company's first production, a documentary entitled Quiet Flows the Don - The transformation of Europe's dirtiest river has now been completed.

Paul Adam started his career as a journalist, working for the Morning Telegraph, Sheffield; Daily American, Rome; Western Daily Press, Bristol and the Cambridge Evening News before becoming a full-time writer.

He has written thirteen novels for adults and the award-winning Max Cassidy trilogy of thrillers for children. He has also written television and film scripts. Quiet Flows the Don is his first documentary. Paul Adam lives in Sheffield and is married with two sons.
